About Shannon

Shannon Herring is a native of Central Kentucky where she attended St. Catherine College in Springfield, KY, and later graduated from Eastern Kentucky University in Richmond, KY with a degree in psychology. She went on to Western Kentucky University to gain her master's degree in school psychology as an Education Specialist. Shannon began her career in real estate by managing a portfolio of rental properties for a family investment group.


In 2013, Shannon relocated with her family to central Florida. In 2017, Shannon began working with her husband, a state-certified general real estate appraiser, as state-registered trainee real estate appraiser RI24293 appraising residential properties and vacant land properties around central Florida. In 2018, Shannon expanded her knowledge and gained her real estate sales license.


Shannon and her husband David have two daughters; Emma and Claire. They reside in a rural area of Lake County south of Tavares, Florida.
