Michael holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing. He is also currently pursuing a degree in Civil Engineering at the University of Central Florida. His combined background in marketing and engineering supports his work in data analysis, market behavior, and understanding the physical and regulatory factors that influence property value. Michael’s responsibilities extend beyond data collection. He conducts market research and property segment research across various asset types, assisting our certified appraisers with well-supported analysis.
