About Marsha
Marsha was born and raised in the central Kentucky town of Campbellsville. She received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Marketing from Campbellsville University in 2013. Marsha grew up in the real estate and auction business as her family has owned Kessler Auction & Realty Company in Campbellsville since 1938. She became a licensed real estate sales associate in 2011 and received her apprentice auctioneers license in 2016.
Marsha began doing real estate appraisals as an employee for the Kentucky Department of Transportation, Division of Right of Way, in 2014 and has appraised a wide variety of properties including residential, commercial, and agricultural properties. Marsha became an associate licensed appraiser in the state of Kentucky in October 2020, receiving her education through several appraisal schools including The Appraisal Institute, Wilson Educational Group, and McKissock. We are excited for Marsha to bring her extensive experience to Herring Realty Advisors to better serve our clients in central Kentucky.
Marsha continues to live in Campbellsville with her husband Rhyan and her two children, Anna Kate and Maddox.
